Civil Tech

Civil Tech Pte Ltd was incorporated in August 2002. In August 2007, the company was bought over by the current management team in a Management Buyout (MBO) when the holding company decided to exit the construction business.

Since then, the company has expanded its principal business to the provision of specialized ground engineering services and civil engineering works as well as reinforced concrete works. This includes jet grouting, fissure grouting, temporary works and bored piling, which are often required for the construction of expressways, underground tunnels, etc. The company also specializes in land reclamation works, and has been involved in many phases of the reclamation works at Jurong Islands. In addition, it undertakes building works (or reinforced concrete works) for selected clients.

The company jointly secured the Proposed Common Service Tunnel Phase 3B at Downtown Marina Bay project ("MC-01 Contract") from Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd worth S$142 million (Design & Build), making it the single largest project secured in the company's history. The project encompasses temporary earth retaining works, jet grouting works, bored piling works, RC works and architectural works etc.

Early in year 2011, the Company jointly secured the Jurong General Hospital project (JGH) from Penta Ocean Construction Co., Ltd worth S$83 million (Design & Build).
